Spanish – Hunter Biden, son of the Democratic candidate for the Presidency of the United States, Joe Biden, seems to have found in the communist regimes a business opportunity with no regard for the oppression of the people and the risk of expansion of totalitarianism.
A commercial proposal submitted by the Biden consortium to the CEFC China Energy company and released by the Daily Caller News Foundation reveals how, using Colombia as a bridge, an investment in an oil pipeline from Venezuela was being considered. It could not have been done without the approval of the Nicolás Maduro regime.
The 42-page document presenting an investment scheme to CEFC China Energy includes a section titled, Colombia, the Gateway to Latin America. This part proposes investing in a Colombian oil field and an oil pipeline to send oil from Venezuela to the port of Buenaventura on Colombia’s Pacific coast.
From Venezuela to the Colombian Pacific
Hunter Biden and four other businessmen, including his uncle James Biden, formed a consortium that they called SinoHawk. Through it, they sought an initial 10 million USD investment agreement with CEFC China Energy.
In the proposal submitted to the company on May 15, 2017, they identified several business opportunities. One of them was to market Venezuelan oil through the Colombian Pacific. They highlighted that the port of Buenaventura could be “very attractive” for the Chinese company because it would allow it to avoid the passage through the Panama Canal.
“We have a great project to bring a pipeline from Venezuela to this port to fill huge oil tankers that cannot pass through the Panama Canal and, consequently, must take a long route that drastically increases costs,” reads the investment proposal presented by the consortium led by the son and brother of the Democratic candidate for the Presidency of the United States.
Santos, the bridge between the Biden, China, and Maduro
To try to convince the Chinese businessmen, the sales proposal highlighted the friendly relationship between Joe Biden, who was serving as vice president of the government of Barack Obama, and Juan Manuel Santos, president of Colombia at the time.
They were so keen to highlight that they included a photo of a warm handshake between Biden and Santos at the beginning of the chapter on Colombia. Additionally, they pointed out that Joe Biden congratulated Santos in 2016 for the peace agreement signed with the narco guerrilla of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
Colombian journalist Gustavo Rugeles, director of the portal El Expediente, published on his Twitter account a fact considered relevant in this triangulation. According to his information, the former president of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos, was the business bridge between the Venezuelan dictator, Nicolás Maduro, and his frontman, the Colombian Álex Saab, who was arrested in Cape Verde and is awaiting extradition to the United States for money laundering and corruption. He adds that Santos was also the bridge between Joe Biden’s son and China.

Maduro’s socialist party bets on Biden
Nicolás Maduro’s preference is evident if it is a matter of defining himself by the Democrat or the Republican. On January 1, 2015, the Venezuelan dictator and the then vice president of the United States met in Brazil. The short, informal meeting was marked by a cordial handshake and a cross of smiles over a comment with which Biden broke the ice.
“With a hair like that, I could be president of the United States,” Biden reportedly told Maduro, according to an article by the Venezuelan regime’s Foreign Ministry. The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) returned the flirtation five years later.
On September 4, the Twitter account of the Chavista political organization was spreading news about Joe Biden, highlighting his proposal to grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to Venezuelan immigrants. It also republished quotes from Biden calling President Donald Trump’s policy toward Venezuela an “abject failure.”
Bobulinski, the star witness
The report presented by the Daily Caller News Foundation is part of the records kept by Tony Bobulinski, former partner of Hunter Biden. Bobulinski also turned over the documents to the Republican senators conducting the investigation.
Ron Johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, and Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Finance Committee, submitted a preliminary report on September 23 that revealed millions in payments by Chinese and Russian businessmen to Hunter Biden for his questionable business dealings abroad.
Last week, at a press conference, Tony Bobulinski said the records in his possession show that the Benders “made a huge profit” from his name to secure business deals abroad.
Two weeks ago, The New York Post revealed a series of emails found on Hunter Biden’s computer, which contained alleged evidence of his business and his connection to his father, who is referred to in one of them as his “big guy.”
A few days later, Bobulinski admitted the authenticity of the e-mails and confirmed that the “big guy” mentioned is a reference to the Democratic candidate for the Presidency, Joe Biden, according to the Washington Examiner.
The relationship with China and the risk of extortion
Although the agreement Hunter Biden sought in May 2017 with CEFC China Energy, involving Colombia and Venezuela, did not materialize, in August of that year, subsidiaries of this company transferred more than five million to Hunter Biden’s law firm over the course of a year, according to the Senate report presented on September 23.
At that time, Republican congressmen warned about the risk of extortion and counterintelligence represented by Hunter Biden’s business relationship with the Chinese company. The report warned that the company’s president, Ye Jianming, has ties to the People’s Liberation Army and the Chinese Communist Party.
Will Chamberlain, a lawyer and editor-in-chief of Human Events, revealed at the time on his Twitter account that of the nearly six million USD Hunter Biden received from Chinese millionaire Ye Jianming through his firm, one million was for legal representation of Patrick Ho Chi Ping, a partner of Ye Jianming.

On Tuesday, Donald Trump Jr. posted an audio message on his Twitter account in which Hunter Biden revealed that he was in partnership with the “Chinese spy chief” and admitted that his father knew about it. The audio attributed to Hunter Biden mentions the name of a person he identifies as his partner: Patrick Ho.

This is the same person who just over a month ago, Will Chamberlain pointed out as the partner of the president of CEFC China Energy, to whom the son of the Democratic candidate would have provided legal representation for one million USD.
