EspañolOn Sunday, the Peruvian government ratified an agreement developed last year that eliminates the visa requirement for Honduran tourists, according to a decree published on the country’s official daily El Peruano.
The agreement between Peru and Honduras to stop requiring visas for tourists was originally signed on November 15, 2013, when the countries also agreed to promote technological exchange through cooperative programs between Honduras’ Geology Institute and Peru’s Ministry of Energy and Mines.
The decree was ratified and signed by Peruvian President Ollanta Humala and Peruvian Chancellor Eda Rivas.
