Nicolas Maduro Guerra, son of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, visited the island of Margarita in the South American country, where the Mexican capo Joaquín “El Chapo” was also located. The captain of the Venezuelan National Guard, Sunny Balza Dugarte, notes that notorious druglord “El Chapo” was on the idyllic Venezuelan isle with his children.
According to the ex-officer, the Venezuelan strongman’s son, known as “Nicolasito,” was transporting various “bundles” of apparently illicit substances by means of the military ramp of the International Airport of the Caribbean Santiago Mariño, located on the island.

“The loads were carried out at night by pickup trucks that directly entered the ramps with packages unknown to us, we were unaware of the contents of these loads, because access was very restricted and they did not pass through any type of airport or customs controls,” he said in a television interview with Balza Dugarte.
According to the ex-captain who is currently in the United States requesting political asylum, the son of the Venezuelan dictator made these shipments every 20 days while he was in the military zone.
“‘El Chapo made visits to Margarita Island every three months and he arrived by sea, at a place called Concorde Marina, his stay was in the Yaque area, there are properties in that area,” said Balza Dugarte, who also said that “Nicolasito” was staying in a very exclusive place on the island where orgies were held with dozens of women.
As for the sons of the Mexican capo, Iván Archivaldo and Alfredo, they held meetings with a cousin of the Chavista official, Diosdado Cabello, in a hotel on Margarita Island.
“On one occasion we noticed the presence of a cousin of Diosdado Cabello who was meeting with Mexican nationals; through information obtained from the manager of the hotel Yaque Paradise we were informed that they were connected to ‘Chapo’ Guzman, and his children were also there,” said Balza Dugarte. When the interviewer asked if he had seen them, he replied: “Yes.”
